Returns & Exchanges

At House of Koyomi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original House of Koyomi boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
